Erika Faulk

Erika Faulk is passionate about inclusion, teamwork, and strategies for personal and professional growth.  

She brings over 30 years of corporate experience in a variety of roles including sales, management, human resources, and consulting.  Her background includes the pharmaceutical arena, marine sciences, and neighborhood community organizations.  Most recently she has been involved with consulting for organizations on Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion.  She thoroughly enjoys the “aha” moments when a client has connected with others across perceived barriers.  Erika has worked with both Bradley Enterprises and Lilly in Human Resources.
