Wes Putnam

Wesley Putnam is a seasoned coach and facilitator with nearly two decades of experience in transformational leadership development. At Landmark Worldwide, he spent 17 years designing and delivering high-impact programs for thousands of participants across the western U.S.—from CEOs to students—focusing on communication, responsibility, team alignment, and personal growth.

As Area Manager for Arizona and New Mexico, Wes led strategy, operations, and staff development across two states, consistently ranking in the top 3% of facilitators enterprise-wide. He was instrumental in adapting Landmark’s programs from in-person to virtual delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wes holds a B.A. in Playwriting from Macalester College, is certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and brings creativity and global perspective from his background as a produced playwright and seasoned traveler.
