Tina Parker

As a seasoned coach, founder of two businesses, and a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Tina brings 25+ years of experience in leadership, human performance, operations, marketing, and strategic planning to the Achieve Team. She has been a trusted advisor for hundreds of senior leaders across private, public and non-profit sectors.  

Tina has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of two business development and leadership training companies, Chief Experience Officer for a secure software development team with the Department of Defense, The Chief Marketing Officer for an international non-profit and a defense innovation team, the Director of Current Operations for the only Reserve Combat Camera unit in the U.S. Air Force, and Director of Communication and Professional Development for an international operations center with Department of Homeland Security.  She led a team of Military Training Instructors who revamped the curriculum for Air Force Basic Training in its largest overhaul in 60+ years elevating the leadership of more than a half a million Airmen.  

As the Chief Marketing Officer for AFWERX, the Air Force’s innovation catalyst, Tina was instrumental in AFWERX being named by Fast Company as the #16 Best Workplaces for Innovators in the World in 2020, a first for a government organization.

With a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Management, and certifications in Design Thinking, Executive Management, Transformational Mindset Facilitation, Neuroencoding, Brain Health, and Leadership Coaching/Speaking, she is a changemaker in consciously aligning executive leadership, communication, performance, and strategic innovation.
