Nikki Prestidge brings expertise in the areas of Executive coaching, group facilitation, program design, and organizational development.

Nikki has applied and coached the Achieve System for over 15 years. Throughout her tenure at the Achieve Institute, Nikki has trained and coached, helped develop new programs and processes and now coaches others to become Achieve Experts. Nikki has worked with numerous companies across many industries including Life Sciences, Financial, Customer Care.

Nikki holds a MBA and MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University (which has now returned to California Professional School of Psychology).

Nikki is a trained Master Performance Expert in The Achieve System.
