Kris loves traveling and practicing yoga in her spare time. She is also the author of the book, #NoApprovalNeeded.
Kris Macchiarola is the Director of Client Services at The Achieve Institute. As a key member of the Achieve team, Kris is responsible for business development initiatives working closely with leaders from top organizations to identify ways in which The Achieve Institute can support their organizations’ needs. She is also a part of the client delivery team bringing her experience in training and development to client engagements.
Kris brings 20 years of sales, training, and leadership experience, working with Fortune 100 companies. After leaving Corporate America, Kris owned a leadership development and emotional intelligence consulting firm. She worked with large organizations to create a culture where employees felt energized, enabled, and engaged. In doing that work, Kris recognized a pervasive challenge among organizations – blind spots existed, and they negatively impacted the health of the organization, affecting both culture and strategy. Until she learned about The Achieve Institute, she believed there were only partial solutions to these challenges. Kris quickly recognized that the Achieve System™ was the comprehensive solution that her clients sought.
Kris enjoys public speaking. Digital Business Women Magazine and the Fox TV affiliate in Tampa, FL, both featured her. Kris recently published her first book #NoApprovalNeeded. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and practicing yoga.
Kris holds an Education Specialist degree and Master of Arts in School Psychology from the University of South Florida.
