Joan has over 30 years of corporate experience in the telecommunications/technology and insurance industries with over 15 years at the executive level.

Joan is a transformation and growth leader who combines 12 years of running a profitable growth business with 20+ years of experience running a variety of HR operations at Verizon. She has collaborated across the enterprise to influence C-Suite teams on a variety of issues. She brings leadership experience and significant knowledge of change management, including communications, corporate governance and organizational design.
