Eric Puumala brings over 35 years of management and operational expertise to his role as Director of Services at The Achieve Institute. A dynamic leader and strategic thinker, Eric has consistently delivered high-impact results across project execution, program development, training design, and leadership.

Since joining The Achieve Institute in 2010, Eric has been instrumental to the company’s expansion in a variety of roles. His work spans logistical coordination, and program evaluation—always aligning with client objectives and organizational goals – curriculum design, instructional content development, team leadership, process improvement, client relationship management, logistics management, and scheduling. Eric was key in the launch of the company’s e-learning platform, which supports thousands of participants.

Eric’s broad background includes deep experience in HR, compliance, contract management, optimization of corporate travel, recruiting, and staff development, and operational excellence. Known for his ability to see both the strategic and granular dimensions of every project, Eric is a trusted collaborator with a proven ability to anticipate needs and deliver actionable solutions. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering excellence with integrity, dedication, and care.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
