Damon Werner
Damon Werner is a Transformation Executive with a track record of improving performance and driving sustainable change in companies. He collaborates and coordinates organization-wide planning, strategy, and process as a member of the leadership team at The Achieve Institute.
With over 20 years’ experience in leading and managing process improvement organizations, Damon delivers the technical knowledge, expertise, and a thorough understanding of the methodologies that successfully transform businesses while enhancing culture in organizations. Damon is a certified Master Black Belt (MBB), Black Belt (BB), and Green Belt (GB) in Lean Six Sigma. Damon has led process improvement and business transformation programs for world-renowned companies, including General Electric, Microsoft, and McKesson, where he was the Vice President of Business Optimization and Six Sigma.
Damon Werner lives in Roswell, GA, with his wife Suzanne, who is a teacher for the Cobb County School District. They have two daughters, Courtney, a graduate of Duke University, and Kaitlyn, a graduate of the University of Georgia. They have been in Georgia since being relocated there from Virginia for work in 2002. Damon is originally from Southern California, having grown up in San Diego.
Damon earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California concentrating in Finance and Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where he was a member of the Men’s Division I Soccer Team.
