Catherine de la Poer

She is an experienced facilitator and coach, she works at all levels of the organization, with Boards, senior leadership teams and functional groups. Her experience includes both in-person and virtual facilitation. She is passionate about a whole-person-centered approach to coaching and talent development.

Prior to qualifying as a coach, Catherine enjoyed a 20+ year career in senior commercial roles, within the media and recruitment industries. Catherine was part of the founding team for the multi-million-dollar technology start-up, Vibrant Media (Adtech). She was a key member of its global management team and enjoyed a successful 8-year tenure, growing the European and North American businesses. In 2010, Catherine joined f1 recruitment, a leading boutique marcomms recruiter. Here she worked as a Partner, alongside the business owner, to define business strategy and grow the fee income of the agency.

Catherine is an in-demand keynote speaker and hosts a Future of Work podcast. She writes and blogs regularly on; human-centered leadership, emotional intelligence, trust, agility, resilience, and wellbeing. Catherine holds a BA degree in Anthropology from Durham University
