Callie Stone

Callie Stone is Master Certified Performance Expert at The Achieve Institute. She is a superb organizational coach and trainer with a passion for helping others achieve peak performance. Prior to joining The Achieve Institute, she was an executive in the hospitality industry, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for a prestigious country club in central Virginia. In addition to providing financial leadership for the club, Callie was a key member of the executive team, responsible for the professional development of managers at all levels. Callie provided individual counseling and mentoring to the senior executives helping them define their role in planning and implementing the strategic goals of the organization. 

Callie has been a team leader and manager for over twenty-five years in industries ranging from banking to hospitality. Callie has always had a passion for peak performance and leveraged this skill during a ten year period as a process and productivity improvement consultant. Throughout her career, Callie has provided training, mentorship and consultative expertise to her staff, peers and senior executives.

Callie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
